Speaker Notes

Is there any possible way, when projecting a PowerPoint Show, to have only
the show be shown through the projector, and the show and speaker notes
displayed on the computer monitor?

You can use Presenter View(Slide Show > Set up Show > Show presenter view) to
do so.

Thanks, that looks easy enough.
My only problem is that Show Presenter View is greyed out. Is there a
setting I can adjust to activate this.
