I am trying to send out an advertisement to a group of people as a jpeg. How
can I insure that it will not end up in their "spam" folder?
 
The best way probably is to send out an introductory message to explain what
you are doing and why and such. Ask them to reply in some manner. If they
don't reply then it either means they did not receive it due to being
classified as spam, or they don't want it and that makes it spam.
 
Send each message individually and not to a group and that will then not be
blocked by rules where the message is not to the recipient. Also don't
email anyone you do not know.
