Spam wrongly directed

I get around 100 junk mails each day. Most are automatically directed to the
junk mail folder, but 10 – 15% wind up in the IN folder or the Deleted items
folder. This is only a fairly recent occurrence. I also notice that some of
my message rules are ignored. Does anyone know what is going on please.
 
Accurate spam detection is an elusive, ever shifting goal.
Your mail provider is likely to have a spam filter on the server that
you can activate by logging in to webmail and going to its options.
That will help, but nothing in the spam fighting realm can approach 100%
perfection.

No incoming mail should go into Deleted Items, unless you have a message
rule to that effect. Make sure each of your message rules is terminated by
"Stop processing more rules".
