Spam Mail that is not spam

I recently changed back to Windows Mail. I did not like Windows Live mail.
My problem is a lot of my mail is coming in to my spam box and it is not
spam mail. How do I stop this. The names are in my accepted list but they
come in as spam. Why?

Perhaps you need to change your Junk Email filtering - Tools - Junk Email
Options . . . . . for more info go to Help - and in the Search box type in
"blocking unwanted mail"
