Spam from one domain

I am receiving many Spam emails from a single domain name "@me.freeserve.com".

I'm using Windows Mail Vista and have a Spam filter (Orange). These emails
DO go into my Junk-E-mail box, but is there a method of deleting them or
preferably stopping them completely?
 
Enter the domain name under blocked senders or Tools, Junk Mail Options,
delete suspected Junk Mail rather than delivering to Junk Mail Folder or
however it's specifically worded.
