Spam folder and junk email folder

Using Outlook 2007, i have both a junk email and a spam folder. Some
unwanted mail goes into both, but i want to just have a junk mail folder.
When i try to delete the spam folder, it will not allow me to do so. It says
i have to click properties and check permissions for folder. I cannot figure
out what to do to get rid of this.
 
You have an addin installed that added the spam filter - if you disable or
uninstall the addin you'll be able to delete the Spam folder.
