Junk E-mail/Spam Mail folders

What's the difference between the Junk E-mail and the Spam Mail folders? I
have Outlook 2003 SP2 and I have both folders. I have emails that go into
the Spam Mail folder that are legitimate but I don't know how to filter the
Spam Mail folder. I have filters on the Junk E-mail folder. I really don't
want the Spam Mail folder but I don't know how to get rid of it. I tried to
delete it but it just came back. I have PC-cillin Internet Security 2007 but
the spam email filter is turned off.

Well first of all check the add-ins in Outlook its under tools > Options >
Other > Advanced Options >" Add-in Manager" and also in "Com add-ins" for
any PC-Cillin add-in n uncheck that should fix your problem, Now if you don’t
want the Spam folder then delete it.
