spam flagging

I can set spam filters on our pop server and optionally add text to the
subject. Back in OE I could look at the header and it would tell me which
filter or which watchdog company flagged the the email as SPAM LOW. 50% of
my good emails are flagged as SPAM LOW. I need to back off a filter or two
but don't know which. I view source code and there's no indication.

How can I view the header, in text, in Outlook?

Right-click on the item in the header list, select Options.
