Space Recover

I want to delete the files which are resides in this hierarchy, any problem
will I face if I do it.
C:\Documents and Settings\Asifmcp\Local Settings\Temp
And also tell me the files where are delete-able to recover drive space. OS
is Windows 2000 Professional with SP2K.

With no applications and or installs running and after restart, you can
delete the files from the %temp% directory but not the directory itself.
