space and contacts deleated

i signed into MSN messenger the other day and all my contacts had been
deleated and my space had been deleated. I got my contacts back by goin into
control, options and allow list, because i added them all back into my
contact list. since then ive noticed that when i sign in contacts are blocked
and somtimes deleated without me doing it. why is this happoning?

Does someone have your password or are you infected with malware like a
trojan?
