SP4 upgrade

I have a single site POS (cash register) system running
Win2000Pro SP2, the POS does not subscribe to on-line
services. I try to download SP4 from another computer
with on-line services, the Express download is not
applicable for this situation. Would the FUll DOWNLOAD
for network (129MB) version work for this situation?

if I understood you right then yes. You can apply the Netork/Full Install
without being/going online once you have got hold of it...
