While upgrading win2K Pro with SP$ it failed. Now when I
try to do another upgrade I get the msg. "arcserv.exe is
being used by another program". I get the option to cancel
upgrade. I think it is trying to complete the first
upgrade but do not know how to get back to square 0 and
start over. Any help would be nice.
