SP4 Uninstall

I wanted to degrade to SP3 so Norton Antivirus '03 Pro
would update along with the common client update. I
accessed the $NTServicePack4Uinstall$ and uninstalled
service pack 4, but the computer still reads it as Service
Pack 4 when I tried running Service Pack 3. How do I
fully get rid of Service Pack 4, or is there an alternate
way to degrade to Sp3?

Normally you would use Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs applet.
