SP4 installation and Network Performance

[RedCatcher]

I installed SP4 on my Win2K Active server and now have
minimal to no tcp/ip performace. In trying to log into any
web page it takes forever, sharing files has slowed
considerably, and overall network performance seems to be
diminshed. Uninstalled SP4 and all performance factors
returned to normal. Anyone have an idea as to why this
would occur and if there is a fix?
