SP4 install hosed my machine

SP4 install refused to complete. Had to power cycle.
Many many problems trying to boot up. Did an inplace
upgrade and reinstalled SP3 and at least I'm working again.

MS should pull this SP4 and fix all these problems that
people are having trying to install it. As it is right
now, SP4 is junk.
