SP4 Failure to Install

Trying to install SP4 on our Active Directory server ad it will go for a bit
and then come back with an error "Setup failed to remove ism.dll script
mappings. Service Pack will abort." I have not found anything inthe
knowledgebase on this particular error, nor have any of the techs I have
spoken with seen this error.

How would I overcome this error?
