SP4 Download HELP !

I have been trying since its release to Download SP4 from the update site
and anywhere else i can find it.Everytime i get a message saying setup
cannot connect to the download site.(or words to that effect) i press the
retry button but it fails.Is there an answer? I travel a lot for my work and
i am currently living in Egypt,I dont know where i will be next week or next
month so the CD version is not an option.Is there anywhere you can tell me i
can d/load this thing?

try searching for SP4 on the software sites around the place you're living
now
how's the weather in egypt?
try disabling firewalls and check network/proxy configuration
