Hi,
I have just updated to SP2. What do i have to turn off as I have AV and AV firewall, Spy bot, clean
my pc, Ad ware, shredder,Hi jackthis. How do I turn off microsoft's firewall.

If you have SP2 downloaded and installed (as you stated) then visit the
security center in the Control Panel (Start\Control Panel\Click: Security
Center) to shut off the firewall, then you can run your "AV" firewall (as you
stated you had) I hope that is what you are asking for.

You can turn it off in Control Panel - Windows Firewall
