Why go through a 3rd party to get redirected to Microsoft?

I'd rather download it and save on a CD. But, this page says it's for
Network Installation and not to use if updating only one computer. Where
can I download the "regular" SP2 from, other than C-net?

The network installation will install on one pc just as easy as a number of
pc's
