could some one tell me how to save my music and other
documents before installing sp2. i read the article but i
dont understand how to do it. iam new at this thank you
anyone

I'm not sure that I'm understanding your question. But if you really mean
what you say, just copy your files to another drive and if your don't have a
second hard drive in your system, burn them on a CD.
