sp2 update system failure Help Please

Please I need help, after installing XP service pack 2 I
just keep getting blue screen with error message,
computer will not do anything, cannot get into safe mode,
nothing

That is where I am at now, I have been on hold for 1 hour
and 15 minutes, but I will keep waiting thanks, I thought
maybe I could get help here while waiting.

Uninstall SP 2, and carefully read the information Microsoft has provided on
how to prepare for and install SP 2. Then try again. You'll find the
