SP2 security center does not save settings

I have admin privileges but not "Administrator" login name (info)
I installed SP2 without problems (info)
I have an independant antivirus and firewall (info)
The secutity center cannot check the status of my firewall. So i turned off
the alerts and checked the option saying that i'll monitor the firewall
myself. (info)
But each time i reboot, these settings are reset and it alerts me and
unchecks the user monitoring of the firewall. (info)
Only these settings about firewall are reset. Antivirus alerts are turned
off and remain turned off. (info)

Does anybody knows how to make it SAVE my settings ? Or why it doesnt save
it ?

As you've discovered sometimes that setting doesn't stick. The other
option is to disable the security center service in services.msc.
