SP2 Problem

This problem looks like it can be solved easily but i've
tried almost everything. I want to download the sp2
update from the windows update website, but when i click
the install button, a dialog box pops up telling me that
i have chosen to skip all available updates. And that no
changes were made to my computer. I have changed my
automatic update settings to the recommended setting. I
can't find a way to get this to work. If someone can
help me plz send a reply to my email address.
