SP2 & Outlook Express

Since downloading & installing SP2 a 2nd time I still have the trouble I had
the 1st time. OE frequently will not load, when it does load it tells me
that "OE did not shut down properly" or words to that effect. I have to go
to "task manager" and end the msimn.exe process before the system will let me
back into OE. Suggestions please?

Hopefully I found the answer in that newsgroup, thanks for the help. The
answer by the way seems to be the following command:
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

Have been trying to replicate the problem and haven't been able to so
keeping my fingers crossed, thanks.
