sp2 messed up my email!!!!

i just installed sp2 and now, my email account is gone. i went to
tools/accounts, and it says my account is there, and is the default account,
but the inbox and address book are empty and at the top where it should say
ur name, it just says Main Identity. can i get my account back, or should i
just use system restore?

You can find and Import the old identity folders. This article explains
where they can be found.
