At my login page, when my computer starts, there's my account and a guest
account,
But where it says the email, it's says I have 115 new email messages, but
that's my friend's email inbox, how do i change it so it shows my inbox?
(by the way, my email account, is my email) so where does my friend's inbox
come in?

If that guest account is your friend's account, then according to:

http://myemail.com/help.htm#8

you can uncheck the option to check other accounts than your own.

You can also write to their support site: http://support.myemail.com/

Oh sorry,
I meant, where do i go to uncheck multiple accounts?
It's getting on my nerves, cause it says I have 115 new emails.
And I don't!

Now I may be on thin ice (no pun intended), since I don't use MyEmail
myself, but here's a screenshot of the main page:

"Options" are in the upper right corner, third link from the right.

Also check out "Ayusha"s advice, reg. TweakUI.
