SP2 Information Bar?

I've diabled the XP/SP2 Security Center in "services"
because I prefer to handle my own security, I've also
disabled the built in pop-up blocker because I'm using
Proxomitron for webpage filtering. The one thing I cannot
seem to disable is the "Information Bar" which is still
actively blocking content on webpages, how do I disable
this or better yet, uninstall it .... thanks.

From Internet Explorer help file:

Can I turn off the Information Bar?

Yes. You can, but we don't recommend it. If you do want to turn it off, you
have to turn it off for each type of message.
