Information bar --- Disable the darn thing? (SP2)

Can we disable the stupid information bar? It looks like you can
either allow activex to install things with no warnings, or you can
stop it completely, or you get a warning every time. I'm just
confused, period. I want it just like it was before SP2, ignore the
ActiveX, no warnings, ..argh all these things in the security dialog
are confusing. That information bar is just downright annoying. I
filter out the unsafe stuff with proxomitron, so I wish the warning
would just shut up. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try opening IE..go to tools...popup blocker settings...uncheck show
information bar when a popup is blocked.
