SP2 help

Icannot get sp2 to work correctly. When insatlled my computer hangs on the
windows icon screen. Ican watch the green lights blink anymore. I have
updated my BIOS and all Drivers. Can anyone offer me3 some help?

Try downloading it again, after to uninstall it.

I can remove. it I just cannot get it to install with out the hang up at the
logo screen. jsut sits on that screen. Have uninstalled and installed
several times same result
