SP2 Causing S-L-O-W Connection on Broadband???

I just purchased a brand new computer with WinXP which came with SP2 already
installed. This computer is going as slow as my old dial-up did! Anyone
else out there having the same problem? If so, are there any work-around
fixes? Please advise ~
