SP2 Blocking Rightfax Notifications

We have Rightfax 6.0. Ever since I put XP SP2 on we do not receive
notifications of what is happening when we send a fax out using Right Fax.
Before a window would pop-up on the screen with info telling what is
happening with the fax transmission but it no longer does this. What is
blocking this from popping up? I thought it might be the SP2 firewall but
cannot determine what file Right Fax uses for these notifications.

Have you checked with right fax tech support for SP2 issues?
