SP2 and SmartHeap

MicroQuill claims that it is a bug in SP2 that causes
SmartHeap to issue the warning message:

MEM_BAD_POINTER

The offending module in SmartHeap is shw32.dll. I don't
recall the name of the module in SP2 that is being blamed
for the shw32.dll messages.

Anyone encountered this error? If so, do you have a fix?

MicroQuill's smartheap intercepts and changes the way Windows memory manager
allocates address space. They periodically blame a Microsoft bug for
generating this error and have been doing so for years - See:

MicroQuill claims to have a replacement shw32.dll which will suppress the
SP2 related error message, but you have to request it by e-mail:

Thanks Doug, I've managed to get Microquill to send me a modified
version of the shw32.dll module. I'll install it as soon as the troublesome
ThinkPad becomes available.

MicroQuill's special version of shw32.dll seems to have cleared
up the error messages.
