SP1A hangs

When installing SP1A my pc hung - took me 2 hours to
realize it was not going to free up.

The only thing I could do was push the off button. Then I
had to reload as the pc would not come up.....

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Tried Safe mode or the Last Known Good Config yet? Hit F8 at system startup
to try these options.

PC would not reboot, in safe mode or any other way....had
to reload.
