SP1 will not Install on Computer

I can't install SP1 on my computer.

The error message is I need
administrator rights. But
I am the only one using the computer
and already have administrator rights.

There are no spyware or viruses present.

How can I get SP1 to install?

Also, you should install SP-2 instead of SP-1.
There is no reason to install SP-1 before installing SP-2.
