SP1 RC1 affected my hibernate

I have Vista Business edition and just installed SP1 RC1. The update went
smoothly with no errors.

Except now I can no longer [Hibernate]. The machine turns off okay, but then
freezes upon powerup. This has been the only side affect I have encountered
with SP1 thusfar...

Anyone else?
