SP1 Archive Files

Just got the nerve to install SP1 (XP Home). Guess I had heard too many
horror stories about bad installs. In any case, all went well and have
had no problems. However, I chose to archive my old files just in case
there were problems. Now I have several Gigs of space taken up with with
the archive. Can these files be safely removed or am I just stuck with them.

Try this -- Disk Cleanup in XP
Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> System tools >> Click
Disk Cleanup // It should go find files no longer needed
includung those archived files if memory serves me
correctly.
