Print Spooler and RPC services continually fail after SP4.
Where's the fix! System Error 12 as occurred, The access
code is invalid ??? nothing pertaining to windows 2000 in
technet or knowledge base!
 
I am having similar problems. If you find the fix please
post it here. The only workaround I've found is to have
print jobs go directly to the printer and not spool. This
works for our XP and 2000 machines but the 98's are not
working.
