SP-2 installation error da0360.dll

I receive the following error when trying to install SP-2 from either the CD
from Microsoft or downloading off the internet. "Setup cannot copy the file
dao360.dll". It further tells me to check a specified folder and load
Windows XP System Files in the drive I Specify. I have not had any problems
with SP-2 until now. This is a Gateway machine, so I am not sure I have the
original installation CD's. Thanks in advance

Google dao360.dll. There are several incidents in which the dll is not
installed to the correct folder. The correct folder is created and the
dll is copied into that folder and registered properly. An example:
