SP-2 Installation Error - dao360.dll

I receive the following error when trying to install SP-2 from either the CD
from Microsoft or downloading off the internet. "Setup cannot copy the file
dao360.dll". It further tells me to check a specified folder and load
Windows XP System Files in the drive I Specify. I have not had any problems
with SP-2 until now. This is a Gateway machine, so I am not sure I have the
original installation CD's. Thanks in advance

I apologize for the multiple posts. It said it was erroring out when I posted
and I did not even think to look to see if actually was posting. Sorry
