I can't preview or transfer photos off my 32MB SanDisk flashcard since I
installed SP 2. I get messages about incorrect file headers though the files
are clearly identifed as JPEGs in Windows Explorer and everywhere else I care
to look. The SanDisk USB reader and flashcard work no probs when connected up
to a laptop (in fact various friends' laptops seem to be much quicker at
getting the files off the flashcard reader than my more "powerful" desktop -
any ideas why?) and I've been able to transfer the files onto their laptops
then onto a CD-R and then finally onto my computer so it must be a problem
with the USB port though the device manager doesn't identify any problems
there. I have the same problem when trying to transfer the files directly off
my digital camera via a different USB port. It seems that others are kind of
having the same problem so does anyone have any fixes and solutions?
