SP 1 install

After installing Service Pack 1 and rebooting the
computer the icons and taskbar do not appear. Does
anybody know a cause / remedy for this?
 
Service Pack 1 is not the problem. Your computer has a virus. It may have
been lurking for a while, waiting for you to restart your computer.
