Soundcard/modem resource problem

i upgraded from windows 98se to windows xp pro and now the modem part of my
pci card works but the audio part pulls up the error message 12 not enough
resources.....i have tried to disable every other function on the card like
the windows help file says to do and it still says i do not have enough
resources...HELP!!

Try uninstalling the card in device mgr,do not restart,shut off computer,
power off,install the card(s) in diffrent pci slots,restart computer.

Un-install the drivers for that card. Then, locate the correct XP version
of the drivers.
