Hi Tel,
Since the sound comes from the speaker, I suggest you use the followings
steps to isolate this issue:
Step 1:
========
Open the Sounds and Audio Devices in the Control Panel
Check Place volume icon on the taskbar
Double click the sound icon on the taskbar
Click Options->Properties->Check Microphone
Mute all devices, including Microphone
Copy the files, does the sound occur? If not, please un-mute the device one
by one to find out the culprit.
If the issue persists, continue to step 2
Step 2:
========
Bring up the Device Manager by inputting "devmgmt.msc" in Run box
Extend Sound, video and game controllers
Disable your sound card. Does this issue occur?
If the issue persists, please gather the info as Malke has mentioned and we
will do our best to help you to find out the root cause.
Alternatively, you may consider saving the system information and send it
to (e-mail address removed) for research. I will extract the corresponding info
and post out for public analysis.
To save the system information file:
1) Click the Start-> Run->type"msinfo32"(without quotation marks)->
click OK.
2) In the System Information window, click the File-> "Save..."
Any update, let us get in touch!
Best regards,
Rebecca Chen
