Sound

Im running windows Xp Home i have sound on my pc but it is very low and I
have checked to make sure that there is nothing muted and that all my
connections are correct my multimedia controller is not installed will this
be the cause and if it is where i can get it from or any help to correct my
situation

have you looked In the volume control window (go to advanced) and see if the
Wave volume is right up. I found this was cranked right down on mine, after
pushing it up it was heaps louder.
