Sound scheme keeps changing

Hi, every time I log on or start my computer I find that the sound scheme as
changed. Although the correct scheme is selected the sound for “Start
navigation†has reverted back to the sound “Startâ€. I select “No sound†and
save the scheme but I have to do this each time I use the computer.

I’ve checked for a virus and found nothing. Any ideas what could be causing
this, thanks.
