Sound Recorder XP-PRO

Anyone have a clue as to resolve this problem?

When recording with Sound Recorder the speed in too slow, I have to speed
it up 100% so it sounds right on playback.

What is causing this? How can it be corrected to record at normal speed?

Thanks!

Not really sure but just as a guess, maybe 100% refers to 100% of normal
speed, 50% would be half normal speed, 200% 2X speed and so on. If so, then
keep it at 100%. Just like in most photo programs, 100% refers to original
size. HTH,

Thanks Ron,

The problem here is that something has changed with the system settings.
When I record using any program such as
sound recorder for example the playback sound is slow, to slow to
understand. I can bring the sound to normal in sound
recorder by speading it up 100%. This is not the original setting I do not
know it changed or how to change it to normal.
So if I countinue to record I will have to re-edit the sound tracks, but
this will not be needed if I can correct the problem.
