If you have Windows XP, you should have Sound Recorder installed. Go to
Start/Run and type sndrec32.exe and press OK. This should start the
program. You can go to the file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder, right
click the file and create a shortcut. Drag the shortcut to the Start/All
Programs menu.
