sound card

i just got a new gateway a week ago and the sound worked fine but now it says
"no device installed" it has a built in sound card and gateways website is no
help...

The you return the 'new' gateway to the store and tell them to fix the
problem or you want your money back.

System restore to a date it worked.
Or uninstall and reboot.
