sound alerts for new emails

I just got a new Dell laptop computer, and everytime I receive a new email
from someone that's marked as Urgent! I get a loud notice. If I turn the
sound off then I do not hear it. Which means that it's not an issue with the
laptop itself. But rather a setting somewhere that I am unable to find.
I've gone through both Outlook and Windows and turned all the sound
notifications off, yet I still get the loud noise when I get an Urgent!
message.

It's not that I care about the notification, it's just loud and scares the
crap out of me when I get it and annoys all my collegues.

Outlook does not have the ability to mark messages as Urgent. Do you have a
third party program installed to assist with mail? Do you have a Toshiba
laptop?
