Sorting contacts

Is there a way to secondary sort contacts within Business Contact manager
beyond the primary sort by contact category? In other words, can I sort
alphabetically within each category?

Hi,

When you select the "Category View", it is by default sorted based on the
"FileAs" field. If you want to change the sort, do the following:
1. Go to the menu: 'View->Arrange By->Current View->Customize Current View'.
This will open a dialog box for customizing the current view.
2. Click on "Sort" button. This opens the "Sort" window.
3. Select the field you want to sort by in the drop down for "Sort items by"
and click OK.

This will sort you entries within the categories as specified by you.
